Beta what, Beta who. Or No sleep Til Christmas

I like the new changes to blogger. I still suck at posting though, like that's some big surprise. My god look at the last time I posted anything. It might as well had been 20 years ago. I promise from here on out I will do better...... yeah right who am I kidding. I shouldn't be posting anything right now, I've been awake for exactly 27 hours and counting. Why you ask, well it's not like I absolutely had to stay up or the world in which I know it would end. I have a bad habit, and that habit is having a 1 track mind. Once I get started on something I can't stop until it's finished. Your probably asking yourself what the hell have I been doing, that would keep me from going to sleep like a semi normal person. Well I would like to say I've been working on cold fusion or something equally important. But no I've just been surfing the Internet for a robe for my mother's Christmas gift.



You would think it would be a easy task but nooo not for me. See my mother has a robe that she's been wearing for 12 years yes you read that right 12 years. I really shouldn't call it a robe anymore it's more like a single strand of thread. It is so worn out that that you can't make out who made the damn thing. The family has had several interventions throughout the years, but to no avail. She said she would give it up, if we can get her the same exact robe, but you know with more than 1 strand of thread. Well believe it or not I frackkin found it. I can't wait to see her face come Christmas morning. In case you were wondering what it looks like here it is:

Guess Who's Back ?????

Guess who's back??? Duh me, I know I've been gone a really long time. I've been so busy, helping my parents renovate there house before they sell it. Well to make an extremely long story short the house sold well over the asking price. While in the mist of helping them I got hooked on home renovation shows. God I can't believe how many there are out there, who knew.

There are 2 that I love TLC'S Property Ladder: starring Kirsten Kemp. And A&E's Flip This House: starring: Richard Davis and his team at Trademark Properties. Each show has the same concept which is:

1. Buy house at a really low price
2. Flip house, or more commonly known as home renovation.
3. Sell house well above market value.

These 2 shows are great, they give insight into a business I never new existed. Even if you don't like home shows these 2 are well worth watching. Just to see the unbelievable levels of stupidity of people. And trust me it is pretty damn high.
